Here is the latest information about how we are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Can I still order fabric from Curtain Factory Outlet?

    Yes, we continue to serve customers online via our website. However, in line with Government instructions, we have closed our stores.

  • Are delivery times affected?

    Most orders are shipping on time. If there is likely to be a delay in getting your order to you, we will contact you.

  • Are there any issues with stock?

    We have one of the largest stocks of fabric in the UK so we are confident that we can provide the majority of customers with the fabric that they want. However, many of the companies that make the fabric are now closed so there are supply issues with some fabrics. If you place an order for a fabric that we are not currently able to supply, we will contact you to advise. We are happy to provide a full refund or you can choose for us to deliver as and when the stock becomes available.

  • What are you doing to protect your staff?

    We have chosen to slim down our online teams so that they can follow the Government's social distancing measures. We have also ensured that only staff who are individually driving in a safe environment and not putting themselves or others at risk are working in our warehouse.
